LA SENDA
WITH A MOUNTAIN GUIDE
TAKE THE GROUP TOUR

If you are not experienced in mountain walking or are unsure of your abilities, but you wish to enjoy the splendorous of this trek, we can arrange for a guided walk with one of our mountain guides.
Enjoy the comfort and security of being guided by an experienced mountain guide. Get to know about the indigenous flora and fauna and the geology of the area, and learn from your guide about the people who live in the Pyrenees and their relationship with the land. It goes without saying that if you don’t know how to read a map and compass, your guide will teach you.
If you are a minimum of 6 persons, you can choose the date you want to walk. If you are less than 6 people, join one of our guided tours and meet new people in your mountain holidays.
The guided treks start and finish in the Selva de Oza, so we will meet you the day before in our office in the village of Hecho.
This way you will meet your companions on the trip, as well as the guide. At this meeting we can finalize details about what to pack in your rucksack and you will receive our material: map, map case, information booklet, your Senda passport, sheet sleeping bag and microfibre towel. We’ll offer suggestions for accommodation for that night (not included in the final cost of the trek) and help you with the reservation if needed.
You could also meet early in the morning on the very day of the departure. This would be at 0715 in Hecho.
Your rucksack shouldn’t weigh more than 10kgs. Recommended kits includes mountain boots, walking trousers, thermal sweater, waterproofs, fleecy top, hat and thin gloves, sunhat, sunglasses, high protection sun cream, rucksack, water bottle, torch and walking poles.
If you need advice about other personal items, just ask.
